Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is a simple, powerful and effective therapeutic framework. It focusses on reducing states of internal conflict and difficulty through understanding why certain parts of you operate the way they do, and using a range of collaborative approaches to help to alleviate their need to operate in ways that do not align with your overall wellbeing.

IFS has been shown to help with a range of challenges including but not limited to: complex trauma, stress, anxiety & depression, relationship difficulties, personality disorders, procrastination, burnout, fatigue, self-harm, addictions, body image & eating disorders, self esteem & self confidence, preparation & integration of entheogen assisted psychotherapy, sex & sexuality, gender, and potentially aiding in managing chronic pain.
